Why is my discount code not working?

There are a number of factors that may lead to a discount code not working or not being valid.

The discount code may have been entered incorrectly:

• Double check that the code you have entered is 100% accurate when compared to the code you have. If the code is accurate, please contact our customer support team to investigate further.

The discount code may have been entered in the incorrect location:

• Ensure that the discount code is entered in the Discount Code box that is present during Step 5 of the checkout process.

The discount code will not work at a venue different than that of the venue that gave you the code:

• If a venue has provided a discount code, it will only be valid for that specific venue. Similarly, if our customer support team has provided a discount code for a specific venue, it will only be valid for that venue. If the discount code is being used at the correct venue location but still not being accepted, please contact our customer support team to investigate further.

The discount code may not be valid for the product you have chosen:

• Discount codes are available on all standard games however the code may not be available on products that are: a voucher product, already offered at a discounted rate (such as our Family Bundle), or are intended for birthday parties or large group bookings. If you have any issues using the discount code please contact our customer support team to investigate further.

The discount code may no longer be valid on our system:

• The discount code you are attempting to use may have expired. If this is the case please contact our customer support team to investigate further.
