When booking tickets for Immersive Gamebox, you may notice variations in ticket prices during the process. These changes are influenced by several factors, including dynamic pricing, scheduled pricing changes, and the final price calculation at checkout. Understanding these factors can help you navigate the booking process more effectively.
Price displayed initially (before selecting a date and time) is our 'From £...' price. This is the lowest the price can possibly be, however once choosing a date and time you may experience an increase which is due to the selection being in our peak period.
Dynamic pricing means that ticket prices can vary depending on demand and the time of booking. For example:
- Lower prices are typically available during off-peak times or for earlier time slots.
- Higher prices may apply during peak times when demand is greater.
This ensures that pricing remains flexible and reflects the popularity of specific time slots.
Peak dates and times will vary per location, but is typically during our busiest periods for example, public and school holidays. In addition to peak periods, scheduled pricing changes may occur at specific times. For instance:
- Prices may increase after a certain time on specific days, such as Fridays.
- If you attempt to book before and after a scheduled price change, you may notice a difference in the ticket price. These scheduled changes are pre-determined and apply automatically based on the time of booking. It is important to note that price differences due to dynamic or scheduled pricing changes are not eligible for refunds. For example:
- If the price increases between two booking attempts due to a scheduled change, the difference will not be refunded. This policy ensures consistency and fairness in pricing for all customers.
