How do I use a voucher code?

A voucher code is different from a discount code in the fact it is provided via booking confirmation upon purchasing a voucher product.

To use a provided discount code, enter the discount code into the Discount Code box that is present during the checkout process. The field may also be labeled as "Discount/Voucher Code" or "Discount Code." For certain instances this may be on the same page as you select your experiences & tickets, or it may be after your selection presented with the order summary just before payment.

If you have any issues during the process, ensure that your voucher code is 100% accurate and the venue location you are booking for is the same as the location you or the purchaser bought the voucher from. Failing that, please reach out to our customer support team.
