How do I use a voucher code?

A voucher code is different from a discount code in the fact it is provided via booking confirmation upon purchasing a voucher product.

To use a voucher from one of our voucher products, ensure that the discount code is entered in the Discount Code box that is present during Step 5 of the checkout process.

If you have any issues during the process, ensure that your voucher code is 100% accurate and the venue location you are booking for is the same as the location you or the purchaser bought the voucher from. Failing that, please reach out to our customer support team.
